    🧭 Step-by-Step Guide to Use Invoice Generator

    You can skip this step if you don’t have a logo.

    🔹 Step 2: Invoice Number (Auto-Generated)

    • The invoice number is generated automatically (example: INV-365241)

    • You don’t need to edit it

    🔹 Step 3: Enter Company & Client Details

    • Enter your Company Name

    • Enter Client / Customer Name

    These details will appear on the invoice.

    🔹 Step 4: Select Currency

    Choose your preferred currency:

    • INR (₹)

    • USD ($)

    • EUR (€)

    • AED (د.إ)

    All totals will update automatically based on the selected currency.

    🔹 Step 5: Add Invoice Items

    • Click ADD ITEM

    • Enter:

      • Item name

      • Quantity

      • Price per item

    👉 The Total for each item is calculated automatically.

    You can:

    • Add multiple items

    • Remove any item using the X button

    🔹 Step 6: Add GST / VAT / Tax (Optional)

    • Enter tax percentage (example: 18)

    • Tax amount is calculated automatically

    • Enter Discount amount (flat value)

    • Enter Shipping charges (if any)
