TVS Motor Company has filed a design patent in India for its RTR HyprStunt motorcycle. The stunt-centric concept was first shown at EICMA 2025 in November. It was part of TVS’s series of experimental and performance-oriented machines. With the patent filing, TVS has now secured the design and basic layout of the bike. The patent images show a very raw and minimalist motorcycle. It has a long single seat, wide handlebars and a short tail section. One thing that stands out is the absence of a headlamp. This clearly indicates that the RTR HyperStunt in its current form is not meant for everyday road use. The motorcycle appears to have a wheelie bar at the rear. The handlebar setup is also interesting. There are two levers on the left. One is for the clutch, while the other is probably the hand-operated rear brake. This is a common feature on stunt bikes as it helps riders stay in control during tricks.
The bicycle parts also look serious. The picture shows an inverted front fork and a monoshock at the rear. Disc brakes are installed on both the wheels. The exhaust is small and sits well below the engine. TVS has not shared any official engine details yet. However, the RTR HyprStunt is expected to use the same 299cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine seen on the RTX 300. This motor makes 35.5 bhp and 28.5 Nm and comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. As usual, the design patent does not confirm the launch. But this shows that TVS wants to protect the concept. Whether it reaches production or not remains to be seen.
