Framing the new grille are Kia’s signature ice cube LED projectors paired with star map LED daytime running lights, which flow into a full-width LED signature at the rear. The SUV’s tougher, more streamlined look is emphasized by chunky skid plates at both ends, finished in satin silver or dark gunmetal depending on the trim level. High-spec variants dial up the visual drama with gloss-black bumper accents, neon-painted brake calipers, a sporty black headliner and a choice of larger 18-inch crystal-cut alloys or stealthy black wheels reserved for the X-Line.
