According to the latest report of Brand Finance, Royal Enfield has secured a position among the top automobile brands in the world. In its Automotive Industry 2026 report, the Chennai-based motorcycle maker has been ranked as the third-strongest automobile brand globally, marking a significant milestone for the Indian company.The report highlights Royal Enfield’s strong performance on key brand metrics. It achieved a Brand Strength Index (BSI) score of 88.9 out of 100 and was awarded a AAA rating. The company also recorded a sharp 30 percent growth in brand value, which now stands at US$1.2 billion. This growth reflects the brand’s growing global appeal and consistent performance across all markets.Royal Enfield remains one of the oldest motorcycle brands in continuous production. Today, the brand has expanded to over 80 countries supported by over 3,200 retail outlets worldwide and seven CKD assembly facilities in international markets.Royal Enfield’s presence extends to key global regions, with strong visibility in cities like Melbourne, Munich, Bangkok and parts of South America. The company has also focused on building a strong community culture through rider events and experiences, which will help it create deeper emotional connections with customers.
The brand’s current portfolio comprises 14 internal combustion engine motorcycles across multiple segments such as Heritage, Cruiser, Roadster, Adventure and Pure Sport. Along with its traditional line-up, Royal Enfield has also taken its first foray into electric mobility with its new sub-brand, Flying Flea. The company has recently launched Flying Flea C6 in India.Apart from brand value growth, Royal Enfield has also been recognized in quality and dealer satisfaction studies. It was ranked highest in overall two-wheeler initial quality in the JD Power 2025 study and topped the Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) dealer satisfaction survey.
